A veteran in the field of education and academics, she has more than 17 years of rich and diverse experience in teaching and administration.

A double Post-Graduate in Commerce and Psychology and a Bachelor of Education from Pune university, with a PG Diploma in Guidance and Counselling, she has participated in a number of Teacher Development and Capacity Building Programs.

She has the unique experience of having handled leadership roles across all levels of a school and across different boards. Starting off as a teacher in Kota, to, becoming an academic coordinator and counsellor in Army School, to handling the 11 & 12 as the Senior Secondary Coordinator and head of the Department at Suchitra Academy to becoming the principal of Euro Kids International Pune, she has an experience and reputation that few can match.

An educator at heart and a dynamic multitasker by choice, she is passionate about mentoring students, encouraging them to participate in competitions, sharpen their debating and entrepreneurial skills, and unlock their innate potential.
